Where can I find transcripts for the Podcast?
Each transcript can be found at the bottom of the respective Podcast post.
How do you pick which books to review?
Great question! We ask our audience for recommendations of their favorite authors, series, and books in our upcoming genres. We weed through 100s of recommendations and go down the rabbit hole in that genre checking out top-sellers, highest rated, and more. Once we have about 25 or so, we check to see what audiobooks are available and then lock in the rest! If you want us to read a particular book or author, you can submit via our form or follow us on Instagram to keep an eye out for our next rec request!
I’d like to be a guest on your podcast. How can I contact you?
UM THANK YOU SO MUCH! All you need to do is email us or contact via this form, we book our own guests!
If you’re another podcaster, we’d love to hear from you and do a collab or swap!
If you’re an author, please make sure you are requesting to be on a season in the sub-genre you write. (ie dark romance author in the dark romance season).
Here is some information we will need from you:
Who are you, and why would you be a great guest?
What are you passionate about that are related to your primary reason for pitching?
Why do you wanna be on our podcast?
What time zone are you in, for potential scheduling purposes?
And if you’ve got other components of your pitch, add ’em to your email!
Can I submit a guest review?
Hells yeah! If you’ve written a review for a romance that you think might interest the wonderful listeners of Romance at a Glance, as long as it is 100% honest and you haven’t published it elsewhere, please email Bridget.
How can I get my book reviewed on romanceataglance.com?
You can submit your book for review with our Review Requests Form. For the site, you can submit anything in the romance, or YA Fantasy/SciFi realm. If you’re submitting for the podcast, please check out what sub-genre or tropes are upcoming before submitting. There’s no guarantee a book, once submitted, will be reviewed.
Can I purchase a review?
No. Reviews are not available for purchase. But we do have other forms of advertising and sponsorship.
Can I pay Shani and Bridget to review/beta read my book before it is out?
Yes, in limited numbers we are accepting books to beta read in the romance genre. Please note, this will not be line-by-line editing, but more what we do on the podcast, review all the aspects of cover art, story, characters, sex scenes, etc. Shani will only be able to review audiobooks. This does mean or guarantee the book will be on the podcast or a public review posted on the site.

There are three main ways that you can be a sponsor.
The “Podcast Sponsor” spot in our weekly post for the Podcast episode.
Sponsor the transcript! This sponsorship option also has a promotional spot on each weekly Podcast post.

What is a Podcast Sponsor?
A podcast sponsor helps fund content on the site and podcast, and in turn, that content includes featured linkage and a huge thank you!
How does sponsorship work?
If you’re interested in reaching our reading and listening audience, you can sponsor the podcast or the podcast transcript for a given month or for an individual episode (contact Bridget to get started!).
We would mention a book or series and a line or two about it, along with the sponsor during the intro and the outro of each episode, and we’d feature the book you designate in the podcast blog page each week. You can feature a different book for each episode, and we post a new episode just about every Friday.
Podcast sponsorship and podcast transcript sponsorship is currently $50 per episode or $175 per month.

Sponsor our Podcast transcripts! After we record a Podcast we release a written transcript as well. Many of our readers prefer reading to listening, plus the transcripts help us ensure that the podcast content is inclusive for those who are hearing impaired, not English speakers, or English isn’t their first language and they need a written record of our speed talking (looking at you Bridget!).
The transcripts are embedded in the podcast post. Sponsoring the Podcast transcripts means that those posts include a feature of YOU, your book, or your organization, or company… you get the idea.
